SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING TERMS
Our Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise plans are offered for HR, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, helpdesk, approval, performance, training, identity, audit, localization, billing, and related people-operation workflows. Feature availability may vary by plan and may be updated as the product evolves.
- Starter, Growth, and Business plans are billed monthly unless a different billing arrangement is agreed in writing;
- Prices shown on the Plans & Pricing page are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable checkout totals include 18% GST. Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or other government levies may apply where required;
- Employee, admin, IAM, audit, and other usage limits are applied according to the active plan. If your usage exceeds plan limits, we may ask you to upgrade or adjust your usage;
- Enterprise plans, custom pricing, onboarding, implementation, integration, migration, support, and professional services may be governed by a separate order form, statement of work, or written agreement;
- Free trials, where offered, are intended for evaluation. Trial access may be limited, changed, extended, or withdrawn at our discretion;
- Refunds, duplicate charges, cancellation handling, and billing correction requests are governed by our Refund Policy;
- Your use of paid plans is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including how we handle account, billing, contact, and service usage data.
